Business Objective
Our client wanted to understand how to attract and retain elite aesthetic injectors in a highly competitive market. The goal was to uncover what motivates these providers, how they make decisions about their career direction, and the most effective ways to communicate opportunities. These insights would inform tailored recruiting strategies, messaging, and outreach to engage this high-value audience.
Project Scope
The project initially targeted 10 Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants over 15 business days. Respondents completed a quantitative survey using an AI interviewer, providing responses through recorded voice notes, a methodology that required careful planning and execution.
