This qualitative study, commissioned by a market research agency on behalf of a pharmaceutical client, used mobile ethnography to explore how healthcare professionals and non-MDs engage with digital tools in their day-to-day work. Over a four-week window, we successfully recruited 108 respondents—including oncologists, cardiologists, dermatologists, nurse practitioners, and administrators—across Germany and Italy.

This four-wave tracker study, commissioned by a leading pharmaceutical company, explored doctors’ perceptions on treating interconnected conditions such as type 2 diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and chronic heart failure. We navigated tight timelines, holiday-season challenges, and delivered hard-to-reach specialties, successfully recruiting 1,551 respondents from family medicine, endocrinology, cardiology, nephrology, and internal medicine.
